12 weekly meetings to learn what ADHD is, and how to thrive
12 weekly hour long meetings by webcam, phone or in person. You will learn what the 6 hazards are of ADHD, how to use immediate interventions to protect yourself, and how to replace the inner critic’s voice of shame, guilt and fear with courage and compassion. You will then learn the lifelong skill to:1) identify the next worst adhd problem, 2) find the best proven behavioral modification 3) place physical reminders when and where you need them 4) find motivating rewards for each step of progress until you cannot NOT do that “weaponized habit”!
